I get asked this a lot, & usually people are shocked when i say only trained abs directly 1-3x per month because our core is worked when we perform compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, pull ups, bench etc.) combined with caloric deficit & consistency... there you’ll have a solid game-plan to getting visible abs 😉
